THERY robot at BG Klinikum Bergmannstrost hospital in Halle

April 29, 2025 was a special day: Together with our hospital partner BG Klinikum Bergmannstrost Halle, we officially launched our robot THERY in a test setting with the first approved software application UAG (robot-assisted self-training on forearm supports).

During the first three months of its deployment, THERY worked in the presence of therapists so that they could get to know it and how it works, and also learn to assess which of their patients would benefit most from training with the robot in which setting. Our first impressions are promising—the team on site is motivated, and the curiosity of the patients shows that we are on the right track. In the first few months, we learned a lot from the therapists’ continuous feedback, made minor product adjustments, and gained important insights for the product launch in other facilities.

In addition to regular personal exchanges, our feedback button in the therapy management system is also used extensively. Users can provide direct feedback without any detours – whether praise, criticism, or technical notes. No email correspondence, no phone calls—just click and share. This uncomplicated communication option has helped us to respond quickly and continuously improve usage.
